Connection lost with Binkp

Hello, 

This system is working as a Hub for some other BBSs. 

However, one system that is running Mystic A48 (Hub is running A47) is able to 
send messages, but all packages I am sending to it are failing under 
"Connection Timeout". 

Anything that I should try on it?
