Another FAKE charge for a crime that never happened...

In what crime was justice obstructed?  Was there a crime to to which 
someone could obstruct there being justice involved?


Obstruction is one thing but when they say obstruction of justice it 
presumes to be a crime that was found that was being covered-up by 
obstructing that investigation.


What crime was there to be covered-up?

If there was no crime then you can't obstruct the investigation of that 
crime that didn't exist. And If it does exist then the DOJ needs to 
charge TRUMP with the crime and show that the crime was committed and 
that TRUMP obstructed that investigation which if the crime can't be 
proven then obstruction of the investigation would have to prove that 
some other crime was involved as in destruction of evidence with a 
hammer to a communication device that was protected by law that applies 
to the President or that he did it while he was not the President.

To obstruct an investigation would require a crime like Perjury or 
deleting 30,000 e-mails using BleachBit to delete and erase and 
overwrite the data to destroy it when it was actually Classified and NOT 
legally there and you aren't the President with the delegated power to 
do what you need to do with "your" Executive Branch documents using your 
Constitutional powers as President.

SO far the DOJ has yet to show any crime.

Just as the Democrat Impeaching TRUMP had no crimes to use to prove 
Obstruction or other vague charges of Abuse of Power...

It's all just FAKE NEWS to create a FAKE NARRATIVE to try to keep TRUMP 
from winning the 2024 Presidential election and exposing the Democrats 
crimes... yes there is a cover-up but the criminals are the DEMOCRATS.

And the Democrats use illegally obtained FISA WARRANTS that the DOJ 
signed as being acquired using TRUTHFUL INFORMATION and we discover that 
the heads of the FBI and the DOJ getting FISA warrants for TRUMP 
Campaign and his Administration gave FALSE WITNESS and Perjured 
themselves and are trying desperately to hide their crimes.... it's a 
Democrats cover-up.

Sean Langille: During questioning from Special Counsel John Durham, 
Brian Auten, a supervisory counter intelligence analyst with the FBI, 
revealed the FBI offered Christopher Steele one million dollars if he 
could corroborate allegations in the Dossier, but that Steele could not 
do so. Auten repeatedly admitted under questioning from Durham that the 
FBI never got corroboration of the information in the Steele Dossier but 
used it in the initial FISA application and in the three subsequent 
renewals.

The FBI knew it was NOT verified as the truth, they didn't do their job 
and they lied to get the FISA WARRANTS and used the WARRANTS to SPY on 
TRUMP... it's NOT simply illegal, they used it to undermine the 
Presidency, and that's TREASON.
