EMERGENCY orders... like calling in the State Guard.

Article IV
Section 4. The United States shall guarantee to every State in this
Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them
against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the
Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic
Violence.

FAILURE to meet that MANDATE in the U.S. Constitution means that the
DUTY to protect the people of that State falls to their Governor to
implement EMERGENCY options to stop the invasion and violence that the
U.S. Congress and the President failed to stop.

The U.S. Constitution doesn't deny the States the Powers to protect
their citizens. Which means that the Governor is obligated to protect
his States population from invasion. and violence.

If the Federal System collapses we still have State Constitutions to
enact EMERGENCY PROTOCOLS. And right now the Federal Government border
policy has collapsed and we do have an invasion and violence from
millions of violent illegal invaders...

Sean Langille: During questioning from Special Counsel John Durham,
Brian Auten, a supervisory counter intelligence analyst with the FBI,
revealed the FBI offered Christopher Steele one million dollars if he
could corroborate allegations in the Dossier, but that Steele could not
do so. Auten repeatedly admitted under questioning from Durham that the
FBI never got corroboration of the information in the Steele Dossier but
used it in the initial FISA application and in the three subsequent
renewals.
