Maybe the State should build a wall all the way around the Tribal land
to the State Borders... and just create check points to stop access
into the State by the NON U.S. and/or Arizona Citizens

Access to State owned Property can also be limited. It can also be
Quarantined... by a Governor so say the Democrats. Would the Democrats
now prove themselves wrong and prove they lied to America?

If the Reservation is inside the State then the State has a border 360
degrees around the reservation being as it isn't part of the State.
Otherwise it's *NOT* inside the States and it's Contiguous with the
Federal Border and it isn't inside Arizona at all it would be more like
D.C and be a piece of land carved out by the U.S. Constitution. Like
D.C. it would be a special piece of real estate that ONLY congress over
sees for the specific reasons required by the Constitution, otherwise
it's under the normal Constitutional provisions and Federal laws.
Congress nor the President can supersede the Constitution with a
legislative Federal law or an act or proclamation thanks to the
SUPREMACY CLAUSE. The U.S. Constitution is the SUPREME
law.
