Are you the sum of your parts or the image you build in your own mind?

Are you delusional or are you "enlightened"?

Can you force me to believe in your religion and/or your mental delusions?

And if you pass a law that says I have to believe you are who or 
whatever you believe you are, are you violating my RIGHT to form a 
belief of who and what you are?

The Constitution says we have no Kings or Royalty but if you believe you 
are the King of the United States... and the law says I have to accept 
your beliefs as real, then your law is requiring me to violate the U.S. 
Constitution which says there is NO King of the United States.

Now why would I believe you are a woman when your DNA says you're NOT a 
woman. The Constitution says I don't have to believe your religion or 
delusion that you are a woman, because the facts show you NOT a woman 
outside your own delusional mind.  Just as you can't be the King of the 
United States outside of your delusional mind, also due to the facts.


Be it your religious sexual identity or your Soul's identity, it's NOT 
legally my responsibility to conform to your Religious cult belief or 
your delusional mental state of mind, which means you are what NATURE 
and the facts suggest you are, unless it's in the privacy of you 
exercising your religion or the RIGHTS or a mentally ill person.

You can enjoy your freedom to believe what you want, but you don't have 
the delegated power to force me to believe what you want me to believe.

Wouldn't they have to prove they "are" gay, so as to prove that the
person that doesn't believe in "gays and transsexuals" is wrong?

I think we can see why the courts don't want to broach that subject.
They would either have to deny gays/trans are real or be made to look
like fools.

Otherwise the court would have to treat gays like they treat unicorns
and BIG FOOT and religions.  Which is to say that you can believe what
you want until there are verifiable facts and science to prove the
belief either correct or incorrect.  Sort of a Scopes Monkey Trial in
reverse proving gays are NOT mentally ill heterosexuals.

So far no one has proven in the courts that gays are any more than a
mentally ill heterosexual and that a transsexual is any more than a man
disguised as a woman or vice-verse. And to accept gays and trans are
something more would violate the rights of others beliefs until there's
proof they're real.

Proving the actual DNA or biological change or difference given the
chromosomes and sexual confusion of the individual it would then be
necessary to prove every single case.   Injecting hormones is a
psychological and physical change and the silicone would be cosmetic but
none of that gets to the DNA/Chromosomes level of change, where sex is
determined.  In short, accepting these sexual identities is just a
psychological treatment for mentally ill persons.  And there is NO
Constitutional law that can require me to engage in the treatment of
others mental illness.
