I agree that it the plan but it's another failed plan that simply rolls over the entire mess to drop a small portion of the debt. It basically "MAKES THE DEBT SEEM SMALLER" as a percentage against the GDP that is being inflated thereby making the Debt look deflated, but once again it's a magician's trick, it's NOT reality. You still have the debt, well most of it, but compared to the new prices it looks smaller. And for that you get to live under Recession/Depression and crippling cost increases that destroy your standard of living. The dollar buys less so you earn more or starve a little. SO they take your income and life style and that makes the NATIONAL and the PRIVATE BANKS debt more manageable for them. It just didn't help you at all. Thank you Democrats and One World Cabal for doing that with our money supply.
