Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or 
prohibiting the free exercise thereof; *or abridging the freedom of*

*assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.*

It can't e a Coup by the people since the people are the ones in power.

The "government" is only the representative of the people.

All that was be done was peaceful protesting by 99% of the people. The 
Government met that protest with the VIOLENCE of shooting people and 
beating them to death for their NON violent protest.

And that violated the rights of the 99% making the Government the 
criminal. We should be holding trials for all the people who contributed 
to the decision to NOT protect the 99% of the people that were there and 
instead chose to accuse them of being an unarmed enemy and somehow 
undertaking a Coup D`etat without any support of the 99% that were 
there. What the Government did was ignore the peaceful people and accuse 
all of the people with wanting to do what is legal and Constitutional as 
a crime.

What the Democrats have done is to prove that they are NOT worthy of 
leading our NATION by accusing innocent people exercising their rights 
of committing crimes while exercising their CIVIL RIGHTS.  ANYONE 
burning, looting, committing violent acts may have been committing a 
crime but it doesn't effect the other 99% who were victims of those 
crimes committed around them and the crimes the Capital police and the 
U.S. Congress and now the DOJ/FBI and Democrat power structure that has 
all been weaponized against the Americans who simply exercised their 
*RIGHT of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the* 
*Government for a redress of grievances* the same Government who is 
harassing and intimidating the 99% who were simply exercising a right.

TRUMP committed no crime and was following the Constitution's power 
transfer election laws. It's NOT illegal to question the corruption of 
the voting process. Or for the U.S. Congress to *NOT certify* that 
process as legitimate because someone is attempting a Coup D`etat by
