You can't vote to kill people... it's either Constitutional or NOT and the Supreme Court failed the test of following the Constitution when they tried to make abortion Constitutional. Electing Democrats won't change the Constitution on this subject and the reason the Democrats never Codified abortion into law is that it would have been an unconstitutional law... leading to what happened only a few months ago. The old Democrat FAKE RULING to allow abortion when it's NOT abortion it's murdering a human life. It's NOT religion it's science that says a human life is alive from the point of conception until that human life ceases to exist and we all know that when a human ends a life it's NOT legal. And Democrats proved that by placing Karl Rittenhouse on trial for murder and forced him to prove it was a killing for self defense. And as we know, killing for any other reason is violating the right that, that other life has to exist. Which means that Democrats cause that previous abortion ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court to be over turned and for the abortion issue to be turned over to the individual States. It was Democrats own greed to pass gun laws and steal THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE to keep and bear arms, that caused the abortion issue to be fixed, had the Democrats supported the Constitution as it stood and NOT prosecuted Rittenhouse for murder in a self defense case then the idea of self defense likely would not have arisen when it comes to abortion needing to be self defense to be a legal murder. Thus abortion is *NOT banned* , it's up to the individual states to determine when and if it's self defense or NOT.
