And yet that sounds like it violates the U.S. Constitutional RIGHTS of 
the HUMAN LIFE in the uterus. Which should mean that until they can 
prove to the U.S. Supreme Court that the human life in the uterus isn't 
human or has been duly convicted of committing a crime, they can't be 
executed by State law or State Constitution Authority due to the human 
rights of the human life (person) inside that uterus. The most basic 
description of life is NOT person but life and so a human life can't be 
deprived of life. Being a person is while true of all naturally 
conceived human life, is NOT the measure of a human life but the measure 
of the Constitutional civil liberties designated to that human life that 
our Constitution refers to as a person.

Section 1. Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a 
punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, 
shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their 
jurisdiction.


*Amendment XIV*
Section 1. All persons *born or naturalized* in the United States, and 
subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States 
and of the State wherein they reside.


Since neither being BORN or being NATURALIZED makes you a person in the 
U.S. Constitution and since the illegal aliens who are neither born or 
naturalized in the United States Jurisdiction have been decided by the 
U.S. Supreme Court to have the RIGHTS of a PERSON then being born or 
NATURALIZED inside U.S. jurisdiction is NOT the measure of being a person.


The Democrats own logic by the Courts to give illegal aliens RIGHTS as 
PERSONS... yet those persons were NOT born here proves that birth inside 
U.S. jurisdiction isn't what makes them a person and since U.S. law has 
no power to make someone born out side the U.S. a person when they are 
born, then NO illegal aliens can be considered persons until made a 
person by being NATURALIZED but that also doesn't say they become a 
person but only a citizen when NATURALIZED so they were a person at a 
point before birth, which means that Democrats allowing illegals RIGHTS 
as persons in the Constitution is a crime against the Constitution. 
Which is also known as TREASON /OR/ that all human life is a person at 
the time of conception and a citizen when born or NATURALIZED IN THE 
UNITED STATES.

Which means the human life in the uterus carried by anyone, when in U.S. 
Jurisdiction is always a person until it dies.

Persons are delegated limited Civil RIGHTS while citizens have the full 
rights of "Persons and of Citizens". We have persons which are all human 
life and we have Citizens which are people who have by birth or 
desire/naturalization made this their NATION of residence either 
temporary or permanent.

But becoming a person is NOT something created by your CIVIL RIGHTS.

All persons around the world are persons when they come here... what 
they are NOT is citizens. Which is why the 14th Amendment allows for 
persons to become citizens by a person being BORN as in NATURAL BORN 
CITIZEN or by NATURALIZATION of a person that was a person when they 
arrived here in U.S. Jurisdiction because every human life No matter 
where it was born is a person and that can only be if being a person is 
inherent with a human life being created at conception. SO all human 
life is a person... and has rights inside U.S. Jurisdiction, or NOT 
which means illegals including pregnant illegals are invaders NOT 
immigrant persons until they are made persons by U.S. law  which means 
they have no CIVIL RIGHTS of persons while here illegally?

Which means a law or Amendment under State or United States 
Constitutions making abortion legal as a form of capital punishment to 
kill a human life without DUE PROCESS is illegal and unconstitutional. 
It violates the human rights of the person in the uterus.

Many forms of Capital Punishment are deemed unconstitutional by the U.S. 
Supreme Court. The irony here is that Democrats support banning Capital 
Punishment and a human life in the uterus has human rights which by the 
way... Democrats support HUMAN RIGHTS.


Now all the Democrats will have to do is prove to the Supreme court that 
a human life has no human rights and no DUE PROCESS rights to life and 
that this form of capital punishment is actually Constitutional if and 
when due process is ever used.
