The militia relies on the RIGHT of the people to keep and bear arms. And 
that right is secured by "shall NOT be infringed".

Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being *necessary to the security of a free* 
*State* , *the right of the people to keep and bear Arms* , *shall not* 
*be infringed* .

The existence of the militia is dependent on there being gun owning 
private people... who are the base for the Militia. Without a gun owning 
free people there is no civilian Militia... and without a RIGHT of the 
people to keep and bear arms there is no Militia, which means that there 
is no free state without the Militia.  Which is why the whole thing is 
protected with *shall not be infringed*  and that's why the Democrats 
and one world Government cabal wants to ban our guns... because they 
want to do away with the FREE STATE, your freedom is standing in the way 
of their TOTALITARIAN CABAL'S progress.  And that's why they attack with 
BIO-WEAPONS and Psy-Ops and censorship and FEAR.

There is no stipulation of being connected to the militia to have this 
RIGHT...

The U.S. Constitution 2nd amendment says *the RIGHT of the people* 
meaning that Government has NO RIGHT or delegated power to interfere. 
And apparently the States have no RIGHT or power either as amendment 10 
says that the right/power can be delegated to the States /or/ the people 
and *the RIGHT to keep and bear arms* is clearly enumerated as belonging 
to the PEOPLE which denies the POWER to the States "in" the 2nd amendment.



We already had the RIGHT to keep and bear arms and what the 2nd 
Amendment did was deny that power to regulate to the States and make 
clear that it was NOT delegated to the United States, by clearly telling 
you that it's the RIGHT of the people, to keep and bear arms.

When you stack the Statement like a building you need a strong footer 
which is the *shall not be infringed* and next you have *the RIGHT of* 
*the people* which is the living area held up by the footer. Resting on 
the RIGHT of the people's framing is the roof that is the part that 
covers all the rest and it's *A well regulated Militia being necessary 
to a free state* which covers the over all purpose that *the RIGHT OF* 
*THE PEOPLE* will serve to protect. Each part protects another in 
succession so that the end result produces the FREE STATE.


*The main point of the 2nd amendment is that* "the security of a free 
state" relies on the militia and the militia relies on the RIGHT of the 
people to keep and bear arms. And that right of the people relies on its 
being secured by "shall NOT be infringed".
