Your inherent RIGHT stops where it infringes on others RIGHTS.

Keeping and bearing arms infringes on no one. Using them in relation to 
another person might infringe on their RIGHTS and so the use of 
fire(arms) or any arms might be illegal if the other person's RIGHTS 
have been violated by a human to human interaction action.

Simply owning and carrying a gun or knife is NOT human to human interaction.

Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free 
State, *the right of the people to keep and bear Arms* , shall not be 
infringed.

All that is banned by this statement from lawmakers is making State laws 
that would ban owning or transporting arms... which means States still 
have the power to regulate/limit where you can shoot (NOT WHERE YOU CAN 
CARRY/BEAR ARMS) and it's illegal to shoot people it's assaault or 
murder or self defense... and to determine which might require a trial 
in the DUE PROCESS of the system of RIGHTS since you have an inherent 
RIGHT to self defense that's linked to the RIGHT to life in Amendment 5.

Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous 
crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in 
cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in 
actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be 
subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or 
limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness 
against himself, *nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property* , 
without due process of law* ; nor shall private property be taken for 
public use, without just compensation.


Which means that a private lynching or firing squad or murder or 
abortion is also illegal. Because you have a RIGHT under the 5th 
Amendment to due process of the law as does every other human life.
