Democrats seem to be planning on finding a HATE CRIME rather than coming
across it while they investigate the actual crime.

Which sort of shows the lie in the HATE CRIME accusation. They haven't
got a motive so how could they be looking for a hate crime before they
find the reason for the police discover what triggered the crime and
after they discover the cause of the crime they can determine if that
cause was related to any hate or was it just a bar fight over the price
of a prostitute like the Paul Pelosi incident over the price of a gay
prostitute?

Is HATE CRIME technically Constitutional and under what Constitutional
power do legislatures have the power to make laws that imprison and
punish a person for their mental illness. Being as a HATE crime is all
in your delusional mind... hate is a feeling and if having a feeling is
a crime then how we enforce laws that target feelings, do we use drugs
and brain scans to see what people are thinking, but how would you know
they were really thinking that same thing when they were engaging in the
crime? the actual crime may have been over a totally different feeling
like love, as in a love hate relationship which describes the feelings
of some people because their love is the feeling they may be having when
they committed the violence and NOT be a hate crime at all.

It seems the use of HATE crimes is NOT a very accurate or truthful way
to accuse someone of having committed a crime Past hate isn't the actual
evidence that there was any hate at the time of the crime. Where is teh
evidence of the HATE being the cause of the crime.... plenty of people
live with hate and never committ a violent crime. The feeling at the
time of the violence can be almost anything and a confession from a
Mentally ill Democrat who is delusional is useless in court.
