  You forgot the 5th amendment Due process it's similar to the 13th 
Amendment duly convicted clause.

They both tell you that Liberty and our RIGHTS are NOT able to be 
suspended without due process and/or being
duly convicted.

That includes treating a person that has no "probable cause" that would 
get a warrant issued for a search, to be forced to undergo a search that 
you run to punish those already duly convicted by due process.

When you punish the duly convicted criminal, it doesn't mean you can 
include the people who had no due process and no conviction with the 
same law.

What you must have meant to say was that "yes I'm right" and the 
delegated power is not there to infringe on the 2nd and certainly NOT by 
treating the HARD WORKING innocent Americans who committed no crime, as 
if they committed a crime like the criminals that were given due process 
and then found guilty by those innocent Americans on the jury....

Seems odd that Democrats would demand that the Jury suffer the same 
punishment as the person they convict during the due process.  YOU 
Democrats think that the jury is as guilty as the person on trial and 
that the Jury should be forced to get a background check the same as the 
person that the jury decided was guilty of a crime...  so they end up in 
the same list and with the same loss of RIGHTS with their RIGHTS being 
infringed as the criminal who committed the crime and lost their RIGHT 
to own a firearm. But like the DRUGS and CARTELS that Democrats can't 
stop at the border the Democrats also can't stop guns from being used by 
criminals... the proof is in the numbers, about 50 people shot almost 
every weekend in Democrat run Chicago.

If the background checks work, where did all those criminals get guns?

Which means the end game is to make it more difficult for the NON 
criminals to get guns because the Criminals seem to be doing OK and have 
easy access to their supply of drugs and guns...
