Whether he realizes it or > not, the slimy Jew sophist has just said that a person claiming a > "religious belief" is entitled to violate any law he wishes to violate. > Actually "Religious belief" is protected by the 1st Amendment 100%, the problem arises when someone is accused of a crime while exercising a Religious belief.... Actions are NOT protected 100%, there are crimes set forth by NON religious laws like MURDER laws that don't target religion that isn't allowed even for religious exercise to be acted upon when it's a religious belief such as human sacrifice. But any law that's short of violating others RIGHTS like the RIGHTS to life and liberty and property... For instance protection of the person from themselves as in the PROHIBITION amendment that banned alcohol for human consumption, they didn't ban RELIGION from things like sacramental wine. And Payote for use in NATIVE AMERICAN Religious rituals... because it's NOT infringing on the RIGHTS of others. There's that Common theme in the U.S. Constitution again, the one that suggests that NO ONE NOT EVEN THE GOVERNMENT CAN INFRINGE ON OUR RIGHTS unless and until it's violating the RIGHTS of another person... As with gays and trans delusional belief they aren't heterosexuals, yet they have no proof of that. Unless and until they violate others RIGHTS it's NOT really an issue of law, but when gays make laws that do violate others RIGHT to their own beliefs... it becomes an issue of violating my rights with laws that are telling me what to believe. It can go either way the people violating others RIGHTS or The Government violating others RIGHTS by passing laws that are NOT within The Government's jurisdiction because they have no delegated power to pass them. Like laws about firearms... where is that delegated power? The laws can't say that heterosexuals have RIGHTS particular to heterosexuals so they also can't say that NON heterosexuals have RIGHTS, because there is no FACT or DNA to prove that their RIGHTS are linked to their hetero or homo sexual self image in their own head. It's apparently NOT the measure of a person according to the Supreme Court that says abortion is OK... but a baby might have a homosexual self image as the LGBTQ tell us they're born gay or born a trans. Which means that if that gay or trans self image makes them a person, then all the human life in the uterus are persons including the hetero persons and absolutely under the 5th Amendments due process RIGHTS in connection to their medically discharged execution. A heterosexual self image is meant to be fulfilling the NATURAL instinct of procreation, but if you deviate from that and your self image violates those laws of NATURE for procreation, then your self image is abnormal. And as with other mental illness and genetic brain issues are abnormal like autism, it doesn't make them a person or a new type of person, simply a person with mental issues. That indicates a mental illness and mental illness is often accompanied by delusions that the brain uses to compensate for those mental issues. Delusions to help you NOT admit your problem and to keep you trying to succeed. Which is why gays are scared and have a fear and over compensate or lash out against people and try to tell us that all men are gay, it's the fear of not being NORMAL setting in and they start spewing delusional things to make themselves and their mentally ill mind feel it's normal. Because if you aren't NORMAL the only way to solve that is to make the abnormal appear to be normal and/or make everything including the normal into abnormal in you own mind. So they make up and live in delusional worlds where all men are gay, and that makes them feel less crazy. But as long as they don't violate the RIGHTS of others as it is shown all through and in the body of work in the Constitution, no one has the power to limit you. Gay sex or hetero, or praying or drinking the Holy Wine... NOT my problem, but when you start to force me to believe in your delusions by passing laws to interfere with my RIGHTS, that's when you're NOW violating my RIGHTS to believe and do what I want. -- -Reality Matters-
