People actually using free speech. And if TWITTER wants to be allowed to deny free speech they would need to deny that they have any RIGHT to the immunity law that's intended to grant indemnity "indemnity may also refer to an exemption from liability for damages." Which means that if those online systems wish to accept LIABILITY and be considered PUBLISHERS like so many NEWS PAPERS that control their own content, all they hve to do is write that into their company CHARTER or file it with their online business' legal documents, so that they reject that indemnity and would then be liable for the content they want to control and *can be sued like Alex Jones* . It will of course destroy TWITTER as it will be like so many other NEWS PUBLISHERS who censor and manipulate the content of their paid writers. Only they will be censoring people who do it for free.... making it a political tool for the wealthy like the New York Times. And political rags are dying all around us. -- -Reality Matters-
