Article I Section 1. *All legislative Powers herein granted* shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives. Article IV Section 4. *The United States shall guarantee to every State in this* *Union a Republican Form of Government* , and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened), against domestic Violence. Basically the States and the United States are required to have the same government types and process so States legislatures NOT judges make and re-write laws. The judge can rule on it all day long but the judge can't change it. It has to go back to the legislature to be changed. Unless that voting law has an optional 3 day extension that's able to be triggered by the courts, that judge is committing a crime...
