The RIGHT of the People to self defense and keep and bear arms is still there since there would still be no delegated power make laws to ban the guns or "regulate arms". Regulating arms at least as much as it is now with all the back ground checks and gun bans in Chicago and Illinois and NY, California and D.C. hasn't made them better places to live... has it. What BIG CITY run by Democrats with all their gun laws, has improved the standard of living and life styles of the people living there? And if all those unconstitutional laws didn't fix it or make it sufficiently better to make it offset the dangers being created by the REGULATION and gun bans, then why get rid of an Amendment you already ignore and ignoring it didn't improve anything? It would be a waste of time and just get even more people killed in places run by non DEMOCRATS as they are in Democrat run Chicago already. -- -Reality Matters-
