It seems redundant to pass a law that says that the government has to 
obey the laws that have already been passed for government to follow.

Wouldn't it simply be better to pass a law that says that all laws 
broken by Government workers and elected persons has to be taken to an 
Impeachment and trial by an advocate from a political party other than 
their own and has a minimum of 6 months in jail if convicted of any crime.
