If abortion is a "Religious Subject" that crazy religious people have as 
part of a faith based religious belief, why do Democrat tell us it is 
SCIENCE based, and then tell us it's legally based in science and that 
the secular science and logic has the evidence to prove it's NOT a 
religious belief but that they have the science to prove that the human 
life in the uterus is NOT a "live human" from conception, according to 
science....

Then how can Democrats start by saying religious wackos believe and then 
they later claim that they can subsidize the antithesis of that 
religious belief with TAX DOLLARS and violate the "Congress shall make 
no law" clause on religion. Isn't that GOVERNMENT declaring that their 
government beliefs of RELIGION shows other religions are false religions 
unless they agree with the Government's religious belief, without any 
science or facts or logic to support that government claim... their 
claim is a belief and it's selecting a religious belief to support, when 
the government doesn't have facts and logic and scientific proof to 
support their laws and Amendments and their enforcement of them?

To spend tax money requires a law. And Congress can make no law that 
undermines any religion and thereby is elevating some other religion to 
become the officially accepted Government religious belief.  SO the 
First Amendment religion clause doesn't only restrict the Government 
from making laws on the exercise of religion's, it protects the belief's 
of religion's as religious and NOT fact or science or logic. Making the 
result of that Amendment, the requirement of all old laws or new ones to 
NOT infringe on the realm of belief's which is the realm of the 
religions. When the belief's of a religion are in conflict with the 
beliefs of the government then the government is required to acquiesce
to the Religion's belief's and the opposite is true when facts Logic and 
science show it's NOT a religious "belief" but rather a worldly FACT.

If the government were to present facts in court proving that it's NOT 
spending money on a "religious" belief by proving that the human life in 
the uterus is NOT in fact a human life in the uterus that is protected 
by the 5th Amendment or the 13th Amendment due process or Duly Convicted 
clauses using facts and evidence, they would win the Supreme court case 
that it's NOT conspiring to commit a murder and using tax dollars to 
execute a human life which is protected by due process and that also 
prevents the government from engaging in funding any part of the 
execution of that life since it committed no crime and has not received 
due process. And as a religious belief that the human life is alive from 
conception is as valid as the government's unfounded assumption and 
belief that there is NO life after conception, until birth. The reality 
of the SCIENCE and facts and logic all say different, so no matter how 
much the government believes it's correct, government no longer has the 
power to fund it's pursuit of the religious belief that human life 
begins at birth, and there is no human life in the uterus until it's 
birthed. Since human life is what the 5th Amendment protects it has to 
protect all human life equally. There is no judgement call to make 
thanks to the 1st Amendment religious clause.  They are two different 
realms they are REALITY and religion BELIEF and never the twain shall 
meet under the U.S. Constitution.
