Obama also passed The LARGEST infrastructure BILL in History and then 
the money disappeared but we didn't get any SHOVEL READY JOBS... so why 
NOT ask Joe Biden where the money is since it didn't go to 
infrastructure because if it had it would have created those JOBS.
