It was FALSE advertising/labeling and much like violating the truth in advertising or lemon laws or FRAUD or selling real estate while lying about it's actual condition. NOT to mention the bank fraud for filing false information on forms and to the IRS and other agencies like the SEC. They all require information that has to be true or it's a FELONY.
