BY claiming that they were NOT censoring while they were, it fails the TRUTH IN ADVERTISING test and FEDERAL ELECTION reporting to let people and the IRS and others know that they were actively biased and linked to the election and politicians. Like the Religions have to stay away from speaking out on POLITICAL ELECTIONS if they want to have tax exempt status as a religion.
