Where is the evidence and the warrant and/or probable cause? You can't investigate a crime where there is no probable cause supported by Oath or affirmation or a warrant or something to legally trigger that prosecution. And isn't it against the law to maliciously report a crime where none was committed just to damage a persons life? *Jussie Smolette* is the poster boy for FAKING CRIMINAL CHARGES and trying to FRAME their enemies. Shouldn't the Jan/6 committee be charged with falsely accusing TRUMP of crimes with no evidence and attempting to use the justice system as a WEAPON to use to attack their self described enemy. It's a very transparent attempt to stop TRUMP from running... and Congress can't violate laws... and laws apply to them unless they are specifically and unequally exempted. Which means that any attempt to exempt Congress alone is a violation of the equal protection clause that protects TRUMP from unequal treatment by the people in congress while making laws or in the process of making or exercising their congressional authority. Which means that in reality they can't exempt themselves from any laws.
