Where is the evidence and the warrant and/or probable cause? You can't investigate a crime where there is no probable cause supported by Oath or affirmation or a warrant or something to legally trigger that prosecution. And isn't it against the law to maliciously report a crime where none was committed just to damage a persons life? *Jussie Smolette* is the poster boy for FAKING CRIMINAL CHARGES and trying to FRAME their enemies. Shouldn't the Jan/6 committee be charged with falsely accusing TRUMP of crimes with no evidence and attempting to use the justice system as a WEAPON to use to attack their self described enemy. It's a very transparent attempt to stop TRUMP from running... and Congress can't violate laws... and laws apply to them unless they are specifically and unequally exempted. Which means that any attempt to exempt Congress alone is a violation of the equal protection clause that protects TRUMP from unequal treatment by the people in congress while making laws or in the process of making or exercising their congressional authority. Which means that in reality they can't exempt themselves from any laws. It's a bit ironic that they break the law by ignoring the Constitutional clause that they beat us over the head with daily when that clause applies only to the GOVERNMENTS actions NOT ours.. *Amendment XIV* Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; *nor deny to any person within* *its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws* . THE EQUAL PROTECTION CLAUSE, suggests that if Congress exempts it's self from laws then it violates the equal RIGHTS clause that is there for all of us to attain equal protection. The people who are exempt become more protected by the same laws that deny us the ability to seek equal justice. They can't accuse someone of a crime and have it investigated without facing the same kind of justice that other people who accuse people of crimes to try to FRAME them for personal, financial or political reasons. The attempt to use the legal system as a weapon is a crime even when it's the FBI/DOJ that the committee members are attempting to mislead and to use to falsely accuse someone of a crime without having the evidence to be called "probable cause" with a witness under oath or a warrant from a judge. They admit that they only feel like TRUMP committed a crime, except their feelings aren't the measure of criminal law and probable cause, ask a cop if their feelings are in the legal definition of acceptable reasons for probable cause? DO they arrest a White Cop that shoots a Black man, because the cop felt certain that the black man had a gun? Democrats tell us that the Cop wasn't legally permitted to shoot unless the cop was positive that s/he saw the gun pointed in their direction. Can't shoot them in the back running away with no gun.... and claim you "felt certain" they were threatening your life. The Committee members that signed that letter to the DOJ need to be investigated and charged like Jussie Smolette for trying to initiate an investigation/prosecution without any evidence of a crime.
