Try this where they embedded it, it may mask your IP or spoof your 
Windows browser to read and watch the information...  It's just an 
article at CitizenFreePress. Give it a shot. But Windows may block them 
as well.

I just watched it at YOUTUBE, must be your browser blocking it or maybe 
they SHADOW BAN YOU from seeing things on YOUTUBE or they won't allow 
your IP because YOUTUBE isn't shutting you down, it could even be that 
some DEMOCRAT who was tossed off TWITTER for doxxing was on that VPN's 
IP and tried to hack YOUTUBE to get information for doxxing people. 
Maybe they block that VPN's IP.  Try a different proxy server at your VPN.

Then there is the Windows OS restrictions and shadow banning they do 
within your browser settings and connecting to their safety network that 
keeps you from going to sites they don't want you to see and "they 
claim" are risky for virus' and Windows has it buried in their code and 
WINDOWS CONTROLS and FIREWALL.

It's all about censoring you so you don't read or see anything that has 
real information, what they want you to see is their FAKE NEWS ONLY.

And apparently it's working on you.
