SUPPLY vehicles and Military support vehicles to start with...  and then 
it also means twice as many types of parts would have to be built... 
parts to keep the BATTERY FLEET running and parts to keep the combustion 
FLEET running... and it also ignores the fossil fuel being used for 
mining for batteries that are destroyed in the battle field as when a 
missile hits it isn't going to target one vehicle but hits power plants 
and infrastructure...  and that will destroy all types of vehicles and 
the batteries are toxic waste and difficult and expensive and require 
using fossil fuel to mine them if we can even get to a mine to do that. 
Then there's the fact that the enemy can destroy the mines and their 
mining and smelting equipment.

How will the NAVY run at night, like submarines did, when diving under 
water and they used batteries?

Switch to nuclear power?

It will take years to produce that for every ship... and pearl Harbor 
would still be glowing in the dark if all those ships had been nuclear 
powered.
