Isn't that what a trial establishes, by using "FACTS and EVIDENCE" and the jury decides the guilt or innocence and the intent. The judge only needs to see that there was an illegal action of changing the ballots on the election day. And it happened in an election "swing state" and it was "enough ballots" to change the election outcome. All a bit too convenient for it to be by accident. EVEN THE FAA knows that one system failure or even two may happen but when you get multiple failures in a system it's usually caused by a human doing something to create total failure of the aircraft.
