Apparently those laws need to be directed at GOVERNMENT with an emphasis 
on mandatory sentencing for FEDERAL OFFICIALS that violate 
misinformation and disinformation laws limiting the GOVERNMENT
attempts to misinform the public or plant disinformation in the public 
arena.
