There was evidence of what took place and where they were and who would 
have approached whom and other evidence had one or the other retreated 
they would have never been in such close proximity.

At best the prosecution could have had a conviction on some level of 
stalking causing the death and call it manslaughter as in caused by 
Zimmerman but unintentional, except Democrats chose to go for political 
points and call it racism and a gun crime.

The reason no one was blamed for the crime was due to Democrats attempt 
to exact a SOCIAL JUSTICE sentence for a crime that wasn't racist or 
political or intentional.

The prosecution fell apart when it was examined.  That's the fault of 
the government workers trying to stretch laws to have meanings that 
don't exist in the Constitution or in law.
