At best the prosecution could have had a conviction on some level of stalking causing the death and call it manslaughter as in caused by Zimmerman but unintentional, except Democrats chose to go for political points and call it racism and a gun crime. The reason no one was blamed for the crime was due to Democrats attempt to exact a SOCIAL JUSTICE sentence for a crime that wasn't racist or political or intentional. The prosecution fell apart when it was examined.
