What is an unfair comparison is that they were both Presidents when they 
acquired those documents...  Joe Biden wasn't President and now it's 6 
years later. The documents in question were removed during the 
ObamaRegime, by Joe Biden who wasn't the President.


TRUMP on the other hand was the President and he had total 
Constitutional and legal power to access and handle them in any manner 
he decided was best... those CLASSIFIED DOCUMENT LAWS can't restrict the 
sitting President from Executive Branch documents since the President is 
the EXECUTIVE BRANCH from which all the subsequent workers derive their 
ability to assist the President in running the offices of the Executive 
Branch for the President.

Section 1. The *executive Power shall* be vested in a President of the 
United States of America.

TRUMP was President... as President his power over Executive Branch 
documents is *ABSOLUTE* and no laws can be superior to the U.S. 
Constitution.  No such power is vested to the bureaucrats working for 
the President.

And Joe Biden who is now President can take all the boxes of documents 
home that he wants and stack them next to his Corvette.

The caveat to that is that the CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS he had there for the 
last 6 years, were not taken while he was President because Biden Was 
NOT President back then and so the *executive power* was not vested in 
Joe Biden.   And since he had no superior Constitutional power to handle 
those documents, Joe Biden was subject to all laws and REGULATIONS 
pertaining to handling CLASSIFIED DOCUMENTS.

And it sure looks like Joe Biden broke those laws/regulations and 
NATIONAL SECURITY CODES OF CONDUCT to keep those documents secure and 
not leave them where Chinese Communist Party financial donors can gain 
access to them, for example at a Pennsylvania College where the CCP had 
been donating funds since the opening of the Joe Biden Think Tank....

It makes the Quid Pro Quo look more like payments for espionage and sell 
Government secrets, that Joe Biden made available to the Chinese Communists.

Which is worse Hillary stealing classified documents and e-mailing them 
or Joe Biden leaving them in a closet at a known Chinese funded College, 
and then more documents stored where Hunter Biden had access?

NOT appointed to *REVIEW* the stolen documents but they are supposed to 
*INVESTIGATE* the THEFT of the Documents to then recommend the 
Indictment of Joe Biden.  You know... like they did when they appointed 
a Special Counsel to review the FAKE FABRICATED CHARGES of TRUMP's 
connections with RUSSIA.

Only they had no crime in TRUMP's CASE, with Joe Biden there are actual 
stolen documents that have been recovered in Joe Biden's possession.
