ATF has no delegated power from the U.S. Constitution to make 
Regulations for the American people...

Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free 
State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be 
infringed.

The Constitution actually tells the Government, that keeping and bearing 
arms is a RIGHT of the people NOT a power of the United States.  SO why 
do they insist on making unconstitutional regulations that violate our 
RIGHTS.
