And it's the President Constitutional powers that allow the President to exercise that for the United States that is needed to do the job of the President. Which is why Congress has to try to get WARRANTS and subpoenas to force a President to tell what they know under oath.... Because typical laws don't have the power to override the Constitutional Powers of the President. Article II Section 1. The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.
