I think Ukraine will refuse Trump’s proposals.  

Short answer, no matter what he tries, they will not give up.  

I think Putin will refuse also. 

Long answer: 

Most of the Eastern European countries, and probably Scandinavian ones,
will keep stepping up, with increases in arms, etc.  So will UK.

France and Germany are a question. France government keeps blowing up. . So
it is hard to guess what will happen.

Some of the outcome may depend on Syria.  
Syrian opposition was well planned, well executed.  Operated  by Turkey.

Turkey, a NATO member, has long been a Ukraine supporter.  Much of it has
to do with Crimea.  The indigenous population is Muslim,and Turkey sees
Crimea as in need of the same flavor of liberation as Syria.  The biggest
complication there is Erdogan is term limited and Turkey will have
elections soon enough.

Some positives: 
Ukraine has used the last two years to develop its own long distance
missiles and weapons factories.  So they will become less reliant on the
West.
They have a few f16s now, more coming.
They still have agriculture.
Trump and Elon want access to the lithium in the occupied East.  They would
rather trade with Ukraine than Putin.

Russian economy is belly up.  All of it. The war has become unsustainable.
Syria is draining them. Their concerns in Africa are draining them.  The
muslim terrorists attacking Israel are also supplied by them, so another
cost.

Trump no longer cares about Putin’s favor. Whoever won the election for him
has a completely different World Order vision now than he had in 2016. 
Trump just wants to be viewed as a powerful king of the world.  He will do
whatever his silent partners tell him to do.  He has given them free rein.
He is just a thespian at this point. A thespian who craves a Nobel.

If Trump insists on territorial concessions, Ukraine will refuse him. If US
suspends help, they will keep fighting. Because  they have been fighting
Russian genocide for more than 200 years.  If all they have left is
insurgency, they will do it.  They will not ever stop fighting.

I do not think it will go that way.  I think NATO will sooner kick out
Trump than let Ukraine to fall. I have heard UK has prepared a draft
resolution  to kick him out if need be.
