***** Main responsibilities:

* Ensuring optimal operation of the TMS SPEED system 
* Monitoring and ensuring optimal performance of the TMS SPEED system 
* Testing and implementing new solutions in the TMS system 
* Participating in project teams requiring collaboration of various 
    organizational units 
* Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation 
* Analyzing user-reported issues related to using TMS systems 
* Providing end-user support as the first point of contact (answering 
    questions, resolving issues) 
* Identifying problems and maintaining operation of IT systems 


***** Job requirements:

* Very good knowledge of SQL 
* Knowledge of operation and handling of the TMS system 
* Knowledge of MS Office suite 
* Knowledge of IT tools, hardware and technologies 
* Knowledge of English at a level enabling work with technical 
    documentation and communication in speech and writing (min. B2) 
* Ability to work in project mode, creating process improvements 
    (identifying opportunities for improvements) 
* Communication skills enabling comfortable discussion with the 
    business, searching for answers and solutions, ability to 
    propose/make decisions
