***** The Key Responsibilities:

* Analysis of business needs and functional and non-functional 
    requirements. 
* Designing target solution architecture, integration approach, data 
    flow and communication with external systems. 
* Designing scalable integrations, APIs and cross-platform solutions. 
* Making and justifying decisions regarding technologies, frameworks, 
    libraries and tools. 
* Assessing impact of architectural decisions on performance, 
    security, maintainability, scalability and implementation cost. 
* Preparing architectural documentation, diagrams, technical standards 
    and recommendations for teams. 
* Conducting discovery conversations with clients and identifying real 
    needs, constraints and risks. 
* Presenting proposed architecture, technological solutions and 
    estimations. 
* Supporting preparation of proposals, estimations, responses to 
    tenders and RFPs. 
* Technical leadership of development teams throughout the project 
    lifecycle. 
* Organizing the technical part of Sprint 0, including preparation of 
    environments, repositories, CI/CD, coding, testing and security 
    standards. 
* Defining and enforcing clean code standards, good architectural 
    practices and quality principles. 
* Conducting architecture reviews and supporting the team during code 
    reviews. 
* Mentoring less experienced team members and supporting them in 
    solving difficult technical problems. 
* Identifying technical risks and communicating them to project 
    stakeholders. 
* Collaborating with UX/UI, QA, backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps and 
    Delivery teams. 
* Supporting responsible use of AI tools in development, testing, code 
    reviews and documentation. 
* Ensuring high standards of security, data protection and compliance 
    of solutions with GDPR requirements. 
* Designing architecture of modern web applications. 
* Designing collaboration between frontend, backend, APIs and cloud 
    services. 
* Modernizing existing systems, refactoring and migrating legacy 
    solutions. 
* Overseeing performance, security of web applications, caching, 
    monitoring and technical debt. 


***** Job requirements:

* Minimum 4 years of experience in a role involving architectural 
    responsibility or technical project leadership, e.g., Solution 
    Architect, Software Architect, Tech Lead, or Senior Developer. 
* Many years of practical experience in building and deploying 
    applications. 
* Ability to design complete end-to-end solutions, not just individual 
    components. 
* Very good knowledge of design patterns, clean architecture, clean 
    code principles, and modular system design. 
* Experience in designing APIs, integrating with external systems, and 
    backend solutions. 
* Familiarity with CI/CD processes, test automation, code review, and 
    quality assurance practices. 
* Experience with cloud architecture, e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google 
    Cloud Platform. 
* Ability to assess trade-offs between business value, delivery time, 
    costs, and technical complexity. 
* Experience in conducting technical workshops, client meetings, or 
    solution presentations. 
* Ability to communicate technical matters to both development teams 
    and business stakeholders. 
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
* Very good command of English, minimum B2, enabling smooth work with 
    clients and international teams. 
Specialist requirements 
* Very good knowledge of modern web application architecture. 
* Practical experience designing backend and frontend applications. 
* Experience with a stack including PHP, Laravel, React.js, or Vue.js. 
* Very good knowledge of REST API and integration with external 
    systems. 
* Ability to design scalable applications, backend services, and 
    cloud-based solutions. 
* Knowledge of web application security, performance, caching, and 
    monitoring. 
* Experience in modernizing systems, refactoring, or migrating legacy 
    solutions.

* Experience in a software house, digital agency, or a company 
    delivering projects for external clients. 
* Work on projects executed under the fixed-price model. 
* Experience in creating proof of concept and technical prototypes. 
* Practical knowledge of tools supporting development using AI. 
* Experience in projects executed by distributed, international teams.
