Your questionis nonsense.  And invasive species doesn't have to be from 
another planet, a different continent, a different country, a different 
State, a different county, or a different pond a mile away, or even from 
your neighbor's yard.  An invasive species is foreign and invasive if it 
is somewhere it doesn't belong.
