This is not a new and abitrary decision by U.S. Fish and Wildlife.  This 
debate has been going on for decades, and is backed by science and 
research.

Barred owls home enviroment is 3,000 miles from here. And their presense 
impacts much more than the Spotted Owls native to the area.
