China and India could do with some reduction, maybe. China's "One Child 
Policy" was supposed to have reduced China's population, but it seems to 
only have reduced its rate of increase!

Vietnam and Russia, I don't know about, but, if you are going to include 
Russia, surely you'd also have to include the U.S. of A. in that 
grouping, too, wouldn't you??
