Now I know how to frame that grant application! :) Can you look around planet earth and see any "techno signatures" that seem to strongly correlation with reported sightings of unusual objects in the sky and ocean? Is there any "waste heat"^h^h^hTechno Signature being emitted down at the bottom of the sea? It's of course SOP to have the answers ready before you fill in the paperwork and use the money to actually fund your NEXT project.
