Tactics and game-wise it is a lot more difficult to master the perfect tactic. In my Barcelona save I have only 1 win, 1 draw and 3 losses. I've played a 4-1-2-3, a 4-3-3 and/or a 4-2-2-2. Tweaking tactics during the games is a lot more vital due to the opposition manager's experience now coming into play.


Manager Experience and/or levels are very important. As mentioned earlier the opposition manger's level will be shown in the preview screen of the match. There is Amateur, Experienced, World Class and Elite. Elite coaches are more well-known managers IRL such as Emery, Klopp, Pep, Ancelotti e.t.c


I feel the game should provide less emphasis on the manager development while not making it too irrelevant like SM21. In addition the training clarity is a welcome addition. Good to know that the game has official club partners (Inter, Wolves, Leverkusen) as well.
