I have never done development on Mac but I would be willing to bet that Mingw is available which is GCC cross compiler setup for Windows. So you should be able to build it on your Mac and the deploy it to the windows machine. A lot of this can be automated through an IDE. I personally use CLion from Jetbrains though VSCode could probably be configured to the same. Otherwise you could probably use scp to transfer the binaries to the system.</div><div></div><div></div><div>One option that would make this pretty easy would be to use a UI toolkit that's compatible with both windows and macOS. If you want to go the C++ route, Qt is a mature and well-regarded UI library that works on both. Building the main UI for your app as a webapp and turning it into a desktop application with electron is another popular solution which is widely used by popular apps like Slack, Discord, and Spotify.
