If not, I'd install this separately as it will save you time with Windows update and may solve your problem. Once installed, reboot your computer and try the updates again. If you let it go it should complete after awhile (sometimes it goes fast for me, sometimes really slow). You also are trying to install both chrome and firefox on the VM simultaneously.
