Canon Dr-5010c Capture Perfect Download PORTABLE

<div>When scanning using the paper size set to the autodetection setting, any sheet of 11x17 or 8.5 x 11 (landscape) gets cut off. We have a DC-5010c scanner. Running the latest driver, firmware and capture perfect. If we set the page size to 11x17, it will scan the entire page.
