div><div>Well enough about me lets get on with the cleanup and teardown. To=
 cleanup the 30 years of dirt and yellowing I stripped everything down to j=
ust plastic and metal frame. Then I used this Clorox kitchen cleaner with b=
leach. A good scrub brush and some hot water made the cases look like new. =
I used 99.95% isopropyl alcohol to clean the monitor screen.</div><div></di=
v><div></div><div>And now, in honor of the 40th anniversary of the album th=
at inspired this piece of cinematic pastiche, the "Iron Fist" trailer has b=
een re-discovered, digitized and officially released for the world's viewin=
g pleasure. Originally cut to Gustav Holst's ominous "Mars, Bringer Of War"=
, it now features the previously unreleased instrumental demo "Ripsaw Teard=
own" as its audio soundbed. It's really quite something, and sets up the fo=
rthcoming release of the "Iron Fist" 40th-anniversary editions.</div><div><=
/div><div></div><div>To celebrate the anniversary, it is being presented in=
 new deluxe editions. There will be hardback book-packs in two CD and tripl=
e LP formats, featuring a hammer fist blow, remaster of the original album,=
 previously unreleased demo bonus tracks and a full concert, originally bro=
adcast on Radio Clyde from March 18, 1982, plus the story of the album and =
many previously unseen photos. There's also a limited edition, blue and bla=
ck swirl of the original standalone album.</div><div></div><div></div><div>=
</div><div></div><div></div><div></div><div>You've diagnosed all the issues=

ecommend you get a demo permit from the county. You do not want to cross th=
e county or the building inspector as you will have to work with them in th=
e future. Avoiding regulations is extremely short sited and never to your a=
dvantage if you intend to stay in business.</div><div></div><div></div><div=

></div><div>The I-81 demolition in Syracuse would be one of the largest. Bu=
t just down the road in Rochester, the demolition and reconstruction of the=
 Inner Loop Parkway is underway and is a nearby example of part of the tren=
d. That stretch of highway is approximately 2.7 miles. The length of the vi=
aduct that was to be torn down in Syracuse is just 1.4 miles.</div><div></d=
iv><div></div><div>The costs to demolish a house may determine whether a jo=
b should be a remodel or a teardown. Depending on the type of home a client=
 wants, remodeling an old house can be less practical than demolishing it a=
nd building a new one.</div><div></div><div></div><div>When calculating hom=
e demolition costs, clients must choose the type of demolition. Total demol=
ition requires complete home destruction, while partial demolition leaves a=
 portion intact. Deconstruction involves the removal and resale or recyclin=
g of materials.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Deconstruction is a time-co=
nsuming process with higher labor costs than demolition, but lower machiner=
y costs. While deconstruction usually costs more than demolition, selling t=
he reusable components or donating them for tax benefits can offset the cos=
t.</div><div></div><div></div><div>But Moten is also relying on a Housing a=
nd Urban Development-backed loan, and that's where the demo request comes i=
n. HUD, he says, will only help finance the project if the theatre, which i=
s connected to the building, is razed, as a structural evaluation of the bu=
ilding recommends.</div><div></div><div></div><div>If you decide to purchas=
e a tear down home, you will want to consider the financial aspects. Financ=
ing a tear down house is a bit more complicated than a standard mortgage, a=
s the process involves destroying your mortgage collateral by demolishing t=
he house.</div><div></div><div></div><div>It may be the case that the tear =
down home is owned by yourself or a family member and has an outstanding mo=
rtgage balance. In most cases, you will not be able to demolish a home for =
which a balance is owed. Ensure that you own the home outright by paying th=
e remaining balance in full, if required.</div><div></div><div></div><div>D=
epending on size of the house, location, and required disposal methods of c=
ertain toxic materials such as asbestos, your house demolition may cost bet=
ween $5,000 and $20,000. Before you call in the bulldozer, first check with=
 local authorities to determine if there are any required inspections or ov=
ersight that should be completed. Additionally, you may need to pay to obta=
in permits and secure the site during the demolition.</div><div></div><div>=
</div><div>As a general rule of thumb, a tear down and rebuild project shou=
ld result in a new home of at least two or three times the value of the ori=
ginal teardown. Lenders will consider whether the value of the projected fi=
nished home will be adequate to support the total of your new permanent mor=
tgage. If you default on your loan, the lender is still able to recoup the =
outstanding balance by selling your property.</div><div></div><div></div><d=
iv>A renovation-construction loan covers the expense of major (or minor) re=
novations to a home. It may be combined with the purchase price to make one=
 single loan. If you choose to purchase a fixer-upper and make substantial =
renovations rather than demolish it, a renovation-construction loan may be =
the best fit.</div><div></div><div></div><div>Mot=C3=B6rhead is now streami=
ng the first-ever trailer released in 1982 for their album Iron Fist. The t=
railer was originally cut to Gustav Holt's "Mars, Bringer Of War" and has n=
ow been re-released featuring the previously unreleased instrumental demo "=
Ripsaw Teardown." So if you're in the mood for the closest thing we're ever=
 going to get to "new" Mot=C3=B6rhead, here it is.Mot=C3=B6rhead will reiss=
ue their 1982 record Iron Fist on September 23. The reissue features a rema=
ster of the original album, previously unreleased demo bonus tracks and a f=
ull show originally broadcast on March 18, 1982 on Radio Clyde. The reissue=
 also gives fans the story of the album and many previously unseen photos. =
Iron Fist was the final Mot=C3=B6rhead record to feature the band's lineup =
of Lemmy Kilmister, "Fast" Eddie Clarke, and Phil "Philthy Animal" Taylor. =
Clarke would leave the band that year and be briefly replaced by Brian "Rob=
bo" Robertson, while Taylor would stick around until 1984 (and then rejoin =
