Them TV chef's be tricky critters!  Reminds me of when we lived in 'the
cho' (neighborhood = cho in an ersatz sort of Japanese pidgeon.)  We
had the only satillite (cable off a dish) they had in Sasebo Japan for
2.5 years.  They had 4 channels that randomly swapped to English.  A
cartoon one (every 3rd in English), history channel mixed with
something else educational, a movie one (every other movie was in
English) and one that was something like USA PBS stations but little in
english except the Iron Chef.

Stateside blockbuster rentals had phased out but they did a roaring
business at the base.

It was fun to watch the Japanese chefs and try to guess if the little
container was salt or sugar...
