It seems you're unable to deal with the reality that your idea of open 
borders doesn't work well when applied equally to smaller countries like 
the Philippines. I can't just move there if I want to, I have to get 
permission. Because it /is/ about culture and the well being of the 
current citizens.

If several million Russians or Americans or Chinese (imagine!) wanted to 
move to the Philippines I think they wouldn't put up with it and would 
throw them out. At the least.
