Apparently, Canada does not admit it has a problem with terrorists 
within its borders.

By U.S. law, North Korea is the only country where a standard U.S. 
passport is entirely invalid for travel unless granted a rare Special 
Validation from the State Department.

While other nations restrict entry or impose strict legal hurdles, no 
other destination is outright illegal for U.S. passport use by federal 
statute.
