We were trying to even the platform and sacrificed some things to do that. My preference - ideally moms or dads, (I guess some dads are good at it), should be able to be with their little ones until they (the kids) at least go to school. But it should be a choice. I think what wimmens really wanted was to have the choice of a career or not with each choice being equally supported and valued. We still have no choice - resversed, but still stuck.
