You can spot an international student every time just by a short 
introduction. The average military brat is enlightened compared to most 
kids of the same age that have never been outside the city limits of a 
small town in the US.

What's special about military brats is their ability to assimilate, 
adapt to change, form a consensus and cooperate among equals without 
judgement or prejudice. YMMV.
