joolian it is much harder, and likely impossible, to defraud a 
transparent system, where everything needs to add up publicly, at _all_ 
times...

vs one managed behind a bunch of closed doors, by a bunch of 
independent, and many times competing and/or contrarian, entities

like idk how this isn't abundantly obvious but u clearly care more about 
bitching of fraud than actually fixing anything
